1. What can you celebrate about yesterday?
2. Where did you struggle?
3. What are your goals?
4. What are your plans to fulfill those goals?
5. What actions can you take today in service of the plans?
The actions that you take today give you items to celebrate tomorrow and the process repeats.
With each repetition, you create momentum towards your goals, and build confidence.
